Returns & Shipping
We believe in full transparency. Please read, in full, our Shipping Policy prior to placing an order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understand and accept the terms below. You further acknowledge that RetailWhileBlack/TargetWhileBlack is not responsible for any package delays, lost packages, or packages damaged during delivery. We do our best, but please note that once a package leaves RetailWhileBlack/TargetWhileBlack headquarters, we are not responsible for how and when it is delivered.
Processing. After orders are placed, please allow 2-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. Processing time is separate from shipping time. We make every effort possible to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but understand we are humans running a small business and are not perfect.
Placing an order. We cannot make changes to an order once it is placed. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct mailing address. RetailWhileBlack/TargetWhileBlack is not responsible for any non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide at the time the order is placed.
E-mail confirmation. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with order details. If you do not receive an e-mail after you place your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us. When your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping provider. RetailWhileBlack/TargetWhileBlack ships domestically and shipping times may vary depending upon your location. For the time being, all orders are shipped via USPS. We do not have expedited shipping options.
Shipping delays. Please note that orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. We know how excited you are to get (and use) your RetailWhileBlack/TargetWhileBlack merchandise, but please be patient with us. Once we hand over your package to USPS, we cannot control the length of time it takes USPS to deliver. If you wish to check the status of your package once it leaves RetailWhileBlack/TargetWhileBlack headquarters, please do so using USPS. USPS quotes, but does not guarantee, expected delivery dates. We will not respond to e-mails requesting tracking updates.
Missing or damaged package. If USPS marks your package as delivered, but you did not receive your package, please contact USPS to file a claim. RetailWhileBlack/TargetWhileBlack is not responsible for packages once they have been transferred to USPS.
Damaged items. All sales are non-refundable. In the event your order arrives and is damaged, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within three (3) days of receipt. Be sure to include your name, order number, brief description of the issue and a photo of the item. We assess these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our hardest to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
RetailWhileBlack/TargetWhileBlack. Any order inquiries should be directed to: email@example.com. Be sure to include your name, email and order number in any e-mail communications. Please understand that responding to e-mails take time away from fulfilling orders, so please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Therefore, if you send an e-mail requesting delivery status prior to the 2-3 day processing time set forth above, you will NOT receive a response and your order is subject to cancellation. PLEASE DO NOT SEND MESSAGES VIA ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. E-mail is the only acceptable form of contact for any order inquiry.
Future orders. RetailWhileBlack/TargetWhileBlack reserves the right to refuse/not accept future orders from past customers who have violated the above shipping terms and conditions.
